The Professional Grade 55w and 70w are an internally integrated slim digital ballast which have have fast start rates, a 3yr warranty, and are highly efficient on bulbs.
The 100w digital ballasts are Externally mounted and are high powered for maximum light output.
Bulbs are UV Cut Quartz which won't damage or burn reflectors, but we cannot guarantee that you reflectors are good quality, or that this will not occur.
A comparison of Halogen vrs HID would be as follows -
A 35w HID uses 50% less power, produces 300% more light, and last 10x longer than a standard 55w halogen bulb.
Or: 35w HID=150w Halogen, 55w=225w, 70w=300w, and 100w=500w
Beam Types come in Euro or Spot. A euro beam gives width and a spot gives distance.
